This part has to be a joke, right?

You just said this:

“What seems more ethically unsound, contributing to the inane amount of animals suffering on the streets and killed in shelters every day, or fixing a dog? That’s not even mentioning the numerous health benefits.”

So, is keeping a pet “not allowing a non-human to live ethically or not under control of our vile species” or is it beneficial? 

Interfering with the breeding rights of an animal is just as inhumane.  If you have a problem with rampant strays or overpopulation of domesticated animals take it up with the billion dollar industry that spurs it.  Even referring to neutering as “fixing” is offensive.  

In that sense, lets go ahead and “fix” anyone without a job or home currently, because all they’re doing is contributing to the insane amount of Americans suffering financially on the streets, letting their families go hungry, living in shelters….

See where I’m going with that?
